Nourishing Business through Creativity–By responding creatively to the changing needs of its members, International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) has evolved from a singular event hosted in 1964 to a comprehensive, multi-industry association serving more than 1,500 member-companies around the world.

The Challenge

In partnership with the IDDBA marketing department, provide strategic and hands-on support to achieve organizational goals and deliver–with impact–annual IDDBA events, programs, and special projects that meet the needs of membership.

Provided:

  • Project Management (ASANA, agendas, facilitation, scheduling, presentations)
  • Strategy (theme, targeting, marketing channels)
  • Creative Design (print, digital, video, brand and theme treatments)

Outcomes

IDDBA successfully engages its growing membership with year-round benefits that strongly complement the value delivered through its annual IDDBA show–an industry-only event that attracts over 10,000 attendees and exhibitors from more than 40 countries.
